Purchase of materials

These terms and conditions apply to your purchase of templates and Proskills courses purchased (“materials”). You acknowledge that you have read and understood, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must not proceed with the purchase. Purchase of this course is final and no refunds are available.

Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the expressions “we”, “us” and “our” are a reference to Crampton Consulting Group Pty/Provet Pty Ltd (ACN 092 593 774).

Though the materials have been reviewed by industry experts, and are accurate at the time of provision, the materials may be changed or updated without notice. Restricted Use of Materials

You may only use the materials for your own personal use or the internal use of your employer. Without limiting the foregoing, you may not, without our express written permission, on-sell, commercialise or share the materials with others in whole or part thereof.

You agree to use the materials for lawful purposes only. You must ensure that your access to or use of the materials is not illegal or prohibited by law. You must take your own precautions to ensure that the process which you employ for accessing or receiving the materials does not expose you to the risk of viruses, malicious computer code or other forms of interference which may damage your property. For the removal of doubt, we are not liable in any way for any loss, damage, cost, expense or liability of any kind, howsoever caused (including through our negligence), arising from or in connection with any interference or damage to your property which arises from or is in connection with your use of our web site, any linked web site or any materials.

If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the materials, or with any of these terms of use, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the materials.
